I can’t believe how fast time flies and how quickly Kennedy has grown and changed. It’s fun seeing more of her little personality these days. These are older pictures, but I just had to post them anyways because I never have and I think they are sure cute.

Happy Mother’s Day Grandmas!

Graduation!

Zak graduated with his BS in Information Systems from BYU on Friday, April 24th! Yay!! Thursday was Commencement and then Friday was Graduation. It was a great weekend and we sure appreciate our families coming to support us.

I am so smart, S M R T!Yay Daddy!So many graduates! My brother Christian also graduated, this is him and his cute girlfriend Lanee. Bowling and Sushi

Last night we went bowling for an Elders Quorum Activity. We bowled with some friends and decided to make it a little more interesting (at least the girls did, the boys were party poopers). We rolled a dice every time it was our turn and had to do something different according to the number; like bowling backwards, bowl with the opposite hand, sit down and bowl, meow bowl, bowl on one foot and granny bowling. It sure made for some good laughs! After bowling we decided to all go out for some sushi. It was a first for Zak and I, he loved it and I’m still thinking about it. :) Randy and Zak with Addie and Kennedy Kennedy kept licking Zak while he was holding her Then he’d wipe the slobber off on her tummy and she thought it was really funnySushi Ya

Spring is here!

You all saw how nice our Easter Sunday was.  Well, this is what we woke up to this morning! We are ready for spring, seriously it’s April! Oh well, I guess we’ll enjoy it. We won’t get this kind of a surprise in Texas :)

Happy Easter

It was a beautiful Easter Sunday! We had fun taking pictures of Kennedy at the park in her cute Easter dress.

Kennedy Happenings

Kennedy is so much fun right now, she is learning new things each day and we love watching her learn and grow.

Her first swim, she was a little confused at first, but soon loved it.

A few weeks ago we went in to get her from her nap and this is how we found her. She was so proud of herself and waved at us when we walked in, it was pretty funny.  She can pull herself up to standing in the crib now too. (Like her mohawk?…it’s a leftover curl from the day before, but it looks like a mohawk :) She likes playing on this water bottle box(even though her face doesn’t show it). She spins around on it and does push-ups.  The pleasure kids get out of the simplest things. Why do we buy them toys?

A few things about Kennedy:

-She knows how to crawl, but still prefers army crawling, because it’s faster.

-She loves to wave and has done it for awhile, but just recently starting waving when she sees us, or when someone waves to her 

-She loves anything that crinkles

-She also loves cords or anything to do with computers (takes after her dad)

-She finally cut her first tooth on Monday- yay!

-She climbed up to the 2nd stair yesterday- we are in trouble now

-She pulls herself up to about anything and loves exploring everything in the house. (like the picture below, sorry it’s blurry)

Fun with Cousins

 

We went down to St. George 2 weeks ago for Grandpa Muir’s 80th Birthday Party and had a great time with family.  Kennedy had fun taking pictures in the happy bus with her cousins.

Young Women Broadcast

Our ward had tickets to the General YW Broadcast at the Conference Center.  Our YW group is small, but we still had lots of fun together. The messages were great and inspiring, and I can’t wait for General Conference this weekend!
